Every day, people ask themselves a simple question: "How can I make a meaningful difference?"
The answer doesn't always begin with writing a check. Sometimes it begins with learning. Sometimes it begins with serving. Sometimes it begins with one student, one family, one school, one synagogue, or one community choosing to make a difference, one mitzvah at a time.

The TGFIF Mitzvah Impact Initiative (MI²) is one of several initiatives developed under KIVUN, The Greenwald Family Impact Foundation's platform for innovation, community engagement, and strategic impact.
MI² was created to transform charitable giving from a transaction into an educational and relational experience by connecting students, schools, synagogues, families, sponsors, and community members with carefully selected nonprofit organizations whose work strengthens Israel, supports the Jewish people and those who defend them, builds resilience, assists communities in need, and creates measurable, lasting impact.
Through MI², participants don't simply support a cause, they learn about it, engage with it, build meaningful relationships, and witness the real-world impact of their efforts.

Every day, students, families, educators, synagogues, and community members want to make a meaningful difference, but often don't know where to begin.
Many deserving nonprofit organizations are performing extraordinary work, yet remain largely unknown to the very people who would gladly support them if given the opportunity.
MI² BRIDGES THAT GAP.
By introducing participants to a carefully curated group of Founding Alliance Partners, MI² transforms charitable giving from an abstract act into a personal experience.

Most importantly, they develop lasting connections with causes that reflect their values. Because when people understand the lives they are changing, giving becomes more than a donation, it becomes a lifelong commitment to making a difference.

Schools don't need to create an entirely new program.
Synagogues don't need additional administrative staff.
Families don't need to search for worthwhile organizations on their own.
TGFIF provides the overall framework, educational resources, Alliance Partners, promotional materials, participant communications, and program coordination, allowing schools, synagogues, families, and participants to focus on what matters most:
